Ingredients
- 4 bananas
- 1 bar of chocolate 70%
- aluminium foil

Preparation
- Cut the bananas (with skin) over the long part. Put pieces of chocolate in between. Place the bananas with the peel side on the BBQ grid. Put the barbecue on a low heat. You can also wrap the bananas in some foil so that they don't fall over and the chocolate runs out.
- The skin turns black, which doesn't look very tasty, but the banana softens and the chocolate melts. Guaranteed a winner with young and old! And a very healthy dessert if you keep the chocolate under control. You don't need a lot of chocolate anyway, because that doesn't fit in between.
- Tip for adults: add some rum when the bananas are ready…
